- 1/2 cup whole natural almonds
- 1 tsp ras-el-hanout seasoning
- 1 tsp finely grated orange zest

- Place the almonds into a dry frying pan and heat gently for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally to toast the almonds.
- Add the ras-el-hanout seasoning and orange zest and cook for another 20-30 seconds, stirring.
- Remove from the heat and cool.
