- 0.8 oz California Almonds, whole, roasted
- 0.1 f l oz vegetable oil (or almond oil)
- 0.13 oz tahini paste
- 0.05 oz cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 0.09 oz coconut sugar, pure, unrefined
- 0.01 oz orange peel, dried, powdered
- Pinch of sea salt
- 0.01 oz sesame seeds, white, toasted

- Place almonds in a Robot Coupe®. Blend, with metal blade, for one minute.
- Add oil and blend for 10 minutes. Almond butter should have a medium viscosity.
- Add tahini paste, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, orange peel powder and sea salt. Blend for one minute to a smooth and creamy consistency.
- Remove almond butter from the Robot Coupe® and place in a mixing bowl.
- Add sesame seeds and stir to evenly combine.
- Place the Dark Chocolate Tahini Almond Butter in a sealed container and reserve refrigerated.
