Almond Champurrado (Mexican Hot Chocolate) Mix

Combine almond milk, almond flour, and cocoa powder with cinnamon spice and a bit of everything nice to create this comforting keto-friendly drink! This dry mix can taken on-the-go and blended with nutritious almond milk to make a sweet, smooth drink that’s great whether hot or iced!

Ingredients
Serves: 34g (Recipe makes approximately 3 servings)
Dry Ingredients
  • 2g Cinnamon
  • 65.73g Super Fine Ground Almond Flour
  • 9.15g Cocoa Powder
  • 22.86g Allulose Sugar
  • 0.029g Stevia Extract
  • 0.23g Xanthan Gum
Wet Ingredients
  • 180g Almond Milk (¾ Cup)
Preparation
  1. Blend the dry ingredients together and put them into a hot cup/mug.
  2. Add 6 ounces (180 grams) of hot/warmed almond milk and stir well.
  3. Let it sit for about a minute before consumption to ensure it thickens up. This beverage can also be served over ice.
