  • 1/3 ounce (about 7) whole toasted almonds
  • 1 red apple, chopped (leave skin on)
  • 1 small banana
  • 3/4 cups strained yogurt (like plain non-fat Greek yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk (unsweetened or vanilla)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation
  1. Place ingredients in blender and blend until desired consistency is reached.
