Dark Chocolate Almond and Fruit Mendiant Clusters

Ingredients
Serves: Makes 12 Mendiants
  • 2 Tbsp / 13.5 grams Slivered or Chopped Almonds
  • 3oz / 85 grams Compartes Vegan Soy Free Dairy Free Dark Chocolate PURE Chocolate Bar or any Dairy Free Chocolate Bar (chopped bars)
  • 2 Tbsp / 9 grams Coconut Flakes
  • 2 Tbsp / 3 grams Freeze Dried Raspberries
  • 2 Tbsp / 10 grams Sliced Dried Mango
Preparation
  1. Prepare a double boil and add the dark chocolate to the double boiler.
  2. Once the chocolate is melted, use a spoon to make 12 chocolate rounds on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  3. Decorate the chocolate rounds with the toppings by lightly pressing the toppings into the chocolate.
  4. Let your mendiants sit on the counter or in the fridge until set.
