Almonds and Cherries

A lovely combination of crunchy whole almonds and sweet cherries

Serves: 4
  • 120g whole natural almonds
  • 160g fresh cherries
Preparation
  1. If you like, put the almonds into a dry frying pan and heat for about 1 minute to toast them, shaking the pan occasionally. Cool, then serve with the cherries.
  2. TIP: Almonds and cherries make a great combo – though try this recipe with blueberries too.
