Brian Peterson is the senior director of Finance, Analytics and Information Technology for the Almond Board of California. He leads the teams responsible for general accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, analysis and information technology.

Before joining ABC, Brian had a long tenure as the chief financial officer for a national financial services company. He graduated from DePaul University with a bachelor’s in accounting and from St. Louis University with an MBA in finance.

As a native Californian, Brian, his wife, Joanna, and daughters, Kristen and Julia, relocated to the Central Valley in 2003 and live in Elk Grove. These days, ocean fishing, camping and spending time with his two grandchildren fulfill his passions outside of the office. Bodega Bay is his home away from home.
