Melissa Stewart is a specialist in human resources at the Almond Board of California, working in a wide variety of areas in the HR department with a focus on recruitment, benefits and payroll. 

Prior to ABC, Melissa worked in the staffing world where she found her love for human resources and working with people. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and certification as a Professional in Human Resources.

Melissa is a Central California native and continues to live there with her two children. She loves the mountains, family game nights, watching football with her 49er fanatic dad and reading – she averages about 70 books a year with her book club.
