Jenny Nicolau is the senior manager of industry relations and communications and oversees all of ABC’s industry outreach efforts, working directly with the Industry Communications & Relations and Field Outreach & Education teams to serve California’s almond growers and processors. She guides all industry communications from growers’ guides to How-To videos and electronic newsletters, and she oversees special projects and events, including The Almond Conference – the largest gathering of almond professionals in the world.

Recent achievements include leading the Almonds.com website relaunch in 2020, creating a suite of identification tools for almond growers and elevating the prominence and quality of the Almond Leadership Program.

As a Central Valley native and current resident who grew up in the agriculture industry, she prides herself on creating useful tools that help growers’ bottom line and that guide the industry in the journey to remain profitable and sustainable.

She lives in Patterson with her husband, Tim, and their two young daughters, and any free moment between playing with Play Dough and Barbies, she enjoys baking.
