Murielle Kim is a market development consultant representing the Almond Board of California in Japan and Korea. She supplies high-level market services including trade program management, communications marketing, advertisement management, consumer campaign development, media outreach management, health professional outreach, digital and social channel management and counsel on nutrition regulations. 

Muriel has more than 10 years of experience in food and nutrition related communications marketing, consumer promotion and international trade. Prior to joining ABC, she was the food and beverage sector lead of Edelman Korea, a global public relations agency, where she oversaw ABC’s communications marketing and trade activities. She also has international trade experience from working at CJ CheilJedang in Korea as a specialist in global business-to-business raw materials sales and marketing. In addition, her media expertise was developed working at a public relations agency and as a nutrition columnist for health and cooking magazines.

Murielle is a USA Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and completed her clinical and community dietetics education and internship with Columbia University in New York City. As much as she loves sitting down and cuddling her two calm cats, she also enjoys diverse outdoor sports – she’s a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher, a Scuba Diving International certified diver and a snowboard enthusiast.
