Executive Coordinator

As the Executive Coordinator Extraordinaire based out of our headquarters in Modesto, CA, you’ll be the go-to person for our President/CEO, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. 

What you will be doing:

  • Master calendar conductor – orchestrate complex calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel, itineraries, and logistics with precision
  • Prioritization prodigy – anticipate needs and prioritize tasks to keep our executives focused on what matters most
  • Communication connoisseur – be the friendly face and voice that interacts with team members, stakeholders, VIP’s, and our trusted partners
  • Organization overlord – maintain order in the chaos, from managing files to organizing events, keeping the ducks in a row, and 
  • Confidentiality champion – handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
  • Master multitasker - be the ultimate multitasker, juggling projects, priorities, and personalities like a pro
  • Detail detective – no detail is too small for your keen eye and deadline driven perfection is a goal
  • Respected representative – serves as a professional point of contact for our President/CEO, delivering an exceptional level of customer service with a concierge approach to provide a personalized experience to guests and stakeholders, rising above their expectations.

Our ideal candidate requirements:

  • AA/AS degree and 7-10 years of related experience providing adminis­trative or program support at the senior executive and corporate level
  • You’re a people person, a problem solver, and a team player extraordinaire

Pay range: $60K-$73k annual
