As an exhibitor at The Almond Conference, your company will have the opportunity to expose your brand, message, products and services to the largest single gathering of growers, processors and members of California’s almond industry. Below are important dates related to exhibit sales for The Almond Conference 2024:

Monday, June 3 - Friday, June 14, 2024

• Companies that exhibited in 2023 are given the opportunity to CONFIRM their booth location, many of which are the similar location as 2023. Minor adjustments have been made to the show floor.
• Payment in full is required when you confirm your booth – credit card and checks are accepted.
• Booths that are NOT confirmed by 5:00 pm PDT on Friday, June 14 will be released.

Tuesday, June 18 – Friday, July 5, 2024

• Access to the Exhibitor Portal will re-open at 12:00 pm PDT on June 18
• Companies that have confirmed and paid now have the opportunity to switch locations, increase/decrease their booth size and buy additional booths
• Full payments (either by check or credit card) for booths are due by July 5

Tuesday, July 9, 2024

• General Sales open for everyone

Booth prices for TAC 2024 remain the same as they were in 2023.

As in the past, TAC does not partner with any hotel booking agencies. These are unauthorized SCAMS and NOT AFFILIATED in any way with TAC. Always book directly with the hotels posted on the conference website. Should you receive one of these emails, text messages, telephone call or prompts, please forward the communication to April Thompson, Housing Manager for TAC.}
