View the Conference Program and Company Directory to plan your time at TAC. Printed versions of both resources will be provided in every attendee tote bag onsite.
REGISTRATION
Pre-registered attendees may proceed directly to the Pre-registration kiosks in the West Lobby. Simply scan the QR code received during online registration (found in your confirmation email). If you don’t have the QR code, you can enter your name at the kiosk to retrieve your registration and print your badge. Staff will be available at the kiosks for any assistance you may need.
Attendees who have not pre-registered can register at the Onsite Registration counters in the West Lobby. Please note, registration is free for all attendees.
Registration badges are required to enter the trade show and conference sessions. Onsite registration hours below:
- Tuesday, Dec. 10 - 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, Dec. 11 - 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Thursday, Dec. 12 - 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
The following sessions on Wednesday, Dec. 11 are paid sessions and provide meals. Visit the Onsite Registration kiosk to add any of these meals to your registration, pending ticket availability as the meal sessions do sell out.
- Grower Breakfast | 8:00-9:30 a.m. | $15 – You do NOT need to purchase a breakfast ticket to attend this session. Breakfast will be available for those who purchase breakfast.
- Lunch Session | 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. | $40 – The AAA and AATA winners will be announced here.
FOOD TRUCKS
Food trucks will be parked outside the West Lobby during the following times:
- Tuesday, Dec. 10 - 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, Dec. 11 - 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- Thursday, Dec. 12 - 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Food trucks accept cash and credit cards.
STARBUCKS
The SCUCC Starbucks only accepts credit cards (no cash) and is open 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. every day.

City Parking
- Lot D – 110 spaces (12th & I Street)
- Lot X – 181 spaces (2nd & N Street)
- Lot Y – 32 spaces (2nd & O Street)
- State Capitol - 15th Street, between L and N Streets, on the west side
- This area has a 3-hour maximum parking time limit. For State Capitol security no overnight parking is allowed and parking regulations are strictly enforced.
- Front Street Parking – Front Street, south of O Street and Riverfront Promenade
- Lot 293 - 401 I St Sacramento, CA 95814
- Based on a First come first serve basis.
- Bus parking is free.
- 321 spaces (West portion near Railroad Museum)
