Hotel blocks for The Almond Conference (TAC) 2024 will open Thursday, Sept.12, at 12 p.m. noon (PT). Please view this page at that time to view specific booking information for each hotel.

Please contact the hotels directly to book your accommodations. As always, TAC has NOT authorized any outside booking agency to assist our attendees with housing for the conference.

Hotel Deposit Policy:

We are fortunate to continue the relationship with our lodging partners for TAC 2024. To maintain the discounted room rates, and to protect our grower’s dollars by upholding our strong fiduciary responsibility, the contracted hotels will require a 100%, Non-Refundable deposit for all guest room reservations. No refunds will be given if the reservation is cancelled at any time after booking.

Participants are required to manage their own hotel reservations.

Number of Rooms Allowable to Book:
A maximum of 3 rooms can be booked in one person's name.

Hotel Scam - Unauthorized Housing Providers

Please be aware of fraudulent agencies actively contacting industry members offering to secure hotel rooms at potentially reduced rates for The Almond Conference (TAC). As in the past, TAC does not partner with any hotel booking agencies. These are unauthorized SCAMS and NOT AFFILIATED in any way with TAC. Always book directly with the hotels posted on the conference website. Should you receive one of these emails, text messages, telephone call or prompts, please forward the communication to April Thompson, Housing Manager for TAC.
